The same Live Lesson is offered multiple times each week.

  • Tuesdays 7:00 pm (with Ela)
  • Wednesdays 7:00 pm (with Ela)
  • Thursdays 9:00 pm (with Ela)

You don’t need to commit to a specific day in advance.  If you can’t attend today, feel free to join tomorrow.

Saturday Meetings

Saturday mornings are perfect for practicing English!

With everyone feeling relaxed and refreshed, our Saturday meetings are especially vibrant and upbeat. It’s the ideal environment to learn, share ideas, and discuss the latest world affairs.

  • We meet on Zoom at 10:30 am every Saturday.
#5

Once a month, we meet to discuss a selected book.

We read only the first few chapters, which are available for free on Amazon.

We’ve already discussed books such as Reading Lolita in Tehran by Azar Nafisi, Beautiful World, Where Are You by Sally Rooney, Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson, and Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus.

Who will be teaching you in the Club?

Ela

I was raised in Poland and in the US. I’ve been teaching English for over 20 years and still love it!

I teach, motivate, and track the progress of all the Speaking Club members.

I’m the author of  Saturday Morning Lessons, and the founder of the English Out Loud Speaking Club.

Ismail

I was born in Geneva, Switzerland, and grew up in New York City. A native speaker of both English and Indonesian, I pursued my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Australia.

With a diverse background and open-minded approach, I aim to make the lessons relaxed and engaging, helping you build confidence in English.

A great place to talk casually and without stress about current topics, existential questions, business, economics, human relationships, and much, much more... Learning a living, practical language. All of this takes place in a nice and friendly atmosphere, with a cup of coffee in hand, and as soon as the lesson ends, you're already looking forward to the next one 🙂

The biggest advantage of the Club for me is the impulse to stay consistent. The lesson organization means that several times a week, I sit down to a new lesson, and I must admit, I do it with pleasure and curiosity. The suggested conversation topics are interesting because they are chosen from what is currently happening around us. The vocabulary we cover is diverse—some words I already knew, others I’d heard but forgotten, and some were entirely new to me and very useful. The classes, as the Club's name suggests, are focused on speaking, which suits me perfectly and is exactly what I was looking for.

I recommend joining the Club to those who know that learning a foreign language requires repetition and consistency. Thanks to the platform and the lessons available, you can revisit lessons and review them on your own at any time. There is also the opportunity to meet with others in live classes and learn together.

Thank you for the Club! I’ve been eagerly waiting for a place like this! A unique database of words and phrases, all in relevant and inspiring topics. Plus, the opportunity to meet other Club members. A wide selection of lessons!

Learning English in the Club is truly a pleasure. I take part in coffee sessions and lessons where we discuss various current topics. For each topic, we have introductory video materials and exercises, and it’s like opening a gift box: I peek inside, and there are so many interesting things to do that every day I simply feel like learning. Thanks to this, I don’t feel any effort, and I make progress because I speak English out loud every day.
Marzena Walewska
I work in finance, and I relax with choral music and learning foreign languages 🙂
During Club meetings, we talk about movies, books, interviews, speeches, the latest discoveries, and events. This helps me learn and practice real, contemporary English. Thanks to the Club, I’ve learned many useful phrases and greatly expanded my vocabulary. I use various learning methods, but lately, I’ve noticed that most of the new words I use come from flashcards I made based on Club meetings. I like how Ela moderates our sessions and points out language mistakes, which helps me speak better and better. Plus, in the Club, I get to talk with different people, which broadens my knowledge beyond just English 🙂 Highly recommend!

The Club gives me the opportunity for daily contact with English. Reinforcing vocabulary, chatting with other participants. Whenever I feel like it, I join these lovely English sessions. 🙂
Maja Motylewska
In my free time, I go for runs and listen to podcasts in English, of course 😁
I am looking for all ways to become more fluent in speaking, and Ela's "work" has truly amazed me. I’m impressed that I’m not just learning vocabulary, but I’m actually memorizing it. Secondly, it’s great to feel that no one is comparing themselves to anyone else; everyone has their own pace... and that’s what it’s all about!!!
I also really like the flexibility of the sessions: if I can’t make it today, I still have a chance tomorrow or the day after...
Congratulations on the idea!

I am a chemist by profession. Besides sports, which I love in all forms, I’m particularly fascinated by cycling and snowboarding. I’ve also managed to master the principle of daily consistent listening to English. I believe there’s always at least 10 minutes to “spend” with the language. 😉
The Club is run in a very interesting format of meetings where we practice vocabulary and pronunciation, and above all, we have the opportunity to express ourselves on various topics, especially the most current ones. Thanks to the Club, I’m expanding my knowledge about the world, culture, and art. We talk about poetry, politics, and life. I highly recommend it. Ela is a very friendly person and a great teacher.
Renata
Entrepreneur. My hobbies are traveling, musicals, and series.
The Club is a very innovative idea, and its structure and diversity fit today’s times perfectly. The option to choose the time and format of the lessons is very convenient. The lessons are well thought out, interesting, and inspiring. It’s enjoyable to discuss engaging issues and current topics in good company. The way the lessons are conducted is stress-free, yet requires focus and attention, allowing you to remember a lot from the lessons. And even if you forget, you can review it independently. Ela patiently explains everything and corrects mistakes. All of this yields great results in what is the most challenging part of language learning—speaking.
